Scan Team Lead – Document Imaging & Scanning at Records Management Center

Records Management Center (RMC) is Maine’s leader in electronic document imaging and scanning services. We’re looking for a dynamic and organized Production Team Lead to oversee our document conversion processes.

Your Role:

• Lead and supervise a small production team.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality document conversion.
• Engage customers and staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and training to team members.
• Oversee document preparation, scanning, quality control, and file tracking.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in scanning and conversion software.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Provide IT support and train end-users on hardware and software.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and security.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience; document imaging or production experience preferred.
• Education: Associate degree in business or IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365, hands-on hardware skills, and fast keyboarding.
